am i INSANE to think i can make all of our cakes a head of time, then have a huge assembly/ icing day on the day before the wedding?

i’m still sticking with the perricone diet, although i’m surprised at how much of it i can eat without feeling full. today i had a tuna steak, brown rice and black beans, spinach and an avacado for lunch, and i was starved by three. so i cut up a cantaloupe and ate THE ENTIRE THING. and i was still hungry by dinner.
update on the perricone diet. i’ve been doing a really lose version of this for about a week now, and i’m noticing an improvement in my skin. the only time i’m not following the diet is if i’m out to eat (once or twice a week) or invited to eat at a friend’s house. other than that, i’m sticking to chicken breast, brown rice and black beans, salon fillets,...

i’ve struggled with adult acne since sophomore year of college. sometimes, things work for a while, like antibiotics (cleared up my face but left my stomach raw), proactive (like magic for about 8 months then inexplicably stopped working), the pill (which i was on for a month for health reasons and made me deeply sad).
